im having my ems tuned in 2 weeks at turbotrix, what do you guys think my car will put out with these mods?

-hks rs intake
-ams intercooler piping + charge pipe

-3" titanium exhaust
-3" cat delete
-3" downpipe
-o2 housing
-exhaust manifold

-comp cams
-hks cam gears
-255 fuel pump
-aem ems

340-350whp unless you get alky, then around 380whp and 400wtq. The alky will make you far more power than the EMS, but that's all you're missing other than the fact you'd need an FMIC after adding alky and running 26-28psi daily.

 

I do not see a need for an AEM based on your list of mods. A bigger turbo+alcohol would be needed before I would buy an AEM. A flash can do wonders with your mods.

not as many wonders as an aem could do.... plus why buy a flash when ill just end up buyin the aem down the road anyway.

 

If you have the money you could do injectors also. I didn't see those on your list.

 

my boy just got his ecu flashed at turbo trix today and he has

hks cams 272
cam gears
hks rs intake
02 housing
downpipe
exhaust
fuel pump


and he got 347 whp , no ems or manifold.

 

got my dyno results in... 348 whp 341 ft lbs tq with a boost leak running only 19lbs.

i need a new bov.

We have pretty much the same mods, minus the gears for me. You made good numbers. What size are your cams? I still need a retune, haven't tuned since installing the cams.

 

i returned the cam gears bc the guys at turbo trix said they wouldnt really do anything for me since i have the ems and that the gears would be more for show...

i did the 10.5 hotside instead... hopefully ill pull some better numbers when i get a new bov and run 23 psi.
