it can be fine tuned when it gets colder than it won't need to be touched anymore.

I was actually able to get a moment and take a look at the video on lunch. The quality isn't the best, but off the bat I see some cycling, and that can definitely be tuned out.

After that it appears to be normal, and it will idle high based on settings in the calibration, until it reaches a certain operating temperature. As the temperature rises, the idle will slowly come down to the desired idle rpm (usually about 1000rpm when you have cams is what most tuners choose).

I'm no professional tuner, but I've tuned my own car and the daily drivability is far better than stock. Several people have helped me (GTVEVO being a huge help) in the past and I try to help others whenever I can. If you want I don't mind taking a look and see how your startup/idle setup is configured and I can polish it a bit and offer you my startup settings to try. Just let me know.
