the answer is no, but kinda. I know Turbotrix had a 9 running on an 8 box with the MIVEC sorta working. You will have to ask them how well it worked etc. Currently though, with the 9 box so close to market, I would just be patient and wait for it.

Agreed, I talked with Henry (from AEM) last week and he told me it should be done within a couple of months. The newest version of software already has the MIVEC control tables in them at this point it is just a hardware issue.

Actually AEM now has a new guy working on them now (JP had them near completion)... they are suppose to be out VERY soon (we were told within the next couple weeks).

As sooooon as they are released, we will have them ready to sell.

As soon as I have a price and part number verified, I will be taking pre-orders since I know they probably won't last long from the first batch.

They are in the final testings stage of the new box. I was told today it would be released end of this month. Part#30-1020 will be $20 less than the 8 box. Hit me up if anyone needs one.

I would wait until the second batch, when and if they work out all the bugs.

but that's just me.

+1

When I had the AEM I had nothing but problems. First it was kool for a day then it took a ****! Took it back to the tuner he retuned it, another day later same problem happen, sent it to AEM told me it had a bad chip (brand new) they supposely fixed it, then I had it retuned again and the next day it did it again so I sold it!

I hear AEM's units were notrious for defective units. This was due to them not doing enough R&D on them. Then they would release it to the public and use "US" the consumers as guinea pigs.
