knock volts when to worry?

If the spike responds to timing changes then it is real knock. If it doesnt respond then it is phathom knock.

Also in case you didn't know - when you really start logging for knock, use the internal logger. The PC logger can't sample fast enough to pick up some spikes. I had a problem with that but the guys at AEM set me straight

There is a quick fix to using the PC logger though. If you have your knock threshold and retart settings set properly and you log Knock#1 Retard, it will tell you approximately when the computer reads knock above your threshold by showing you when it starts to retard timing.
