Dash Outputs

Hey guys, right now I have my meth spray light wired into my CEL light. When my nitrous maps kick on, my CEL light comes on (as per GTVEVO's instructions). Im wondering what other lights I have available on my dash and what are there corresponding output names. Mabye we could get a list going. I would like to mess around and see if I can have some other dash lights come on. Possibly a knock light? Shift light? I also have an '05 so I dont have an IC spray light (I dont think).

Ill start:
(Year) Dash Light - Output in AEM

-(05) Check Engine Light- LS10

Not sure if that pin out is still available or even if the dash has the light on the 05, but it's pin 35 and it's Injector #10 output on the '03. Hope this helps.

Ya guys sorry the 05s don't have a dash IC Spray light because there was no IC Sprayer from the factory to my knowledge. I am sure you could still wire up your own light and push it with the same output or a new output that is unused. Then you could use your CEL light as a shift light or wire another light to that output also. This should work out very easily, the only obstacle I can think of would be to test the voltage on the output before purchasing a light to make sure you are buying for the correct voltage or use an open ground switch to activate it connected to a 12 volt source.

I haven't gotten in to doing this since I have been supplied with the extra dash IC Spray light on my 03 use by the alky injection now but hopefully this will give you an idea on how to get it accomplished.

Is there a way to wire up a LED to come on when the knock voltages exceed 3volts?

Yes, you could do this using the analog input if you aren't using it for the alky injection. Otherwise you would need to setup some sort output to switch on if there is one open. I have never done this but I have read similar ways of it being discussed and done.

Anyone have a breakdown of all the dash lights and their corresponding pinouts?

I believe the only two lights controlled by the EMS are the CEL and IC Spray light, I don't think anything else is dependant on it.

No but neither does any other car so you really can't expect it too. Standalone sensors provide feedback for most of the items. Just add your own lights and intergrate them into somthing to make it look custom.
