Which output controls the radiator fan? (Evo VIII)

I have two new Spal fans so I need to know which output that controls the radiator fan and how it works. Does the original fan have a relay built in? If I remember correct the contact have three wires, two fat and on thin so I guess the thin one are from the ECU and only controls a built in relay, but I'm not sure.

If anyone knows for sure it would be great! At least which output that controls it.

Thanks in advance!

(btw: I have a euro spec, if that makes any difference)

You find my current .cal file attached.

If you look in the manual for the 1313 (in your installed directory on the pc) it will show you what pins control what in its stock form. This should help you out. Pin 21 is your answer though it uses the LS#2 working with PWM control on the AEM to regulate the speed depending upon coolant voltage.

Try going to
setup> advanced setup> user defined PW output> options-user #1> user #1 PWM output and changing it from LS4 Inverted to LS2

EVO8_PR: That didn't work

I'm doing something very wrong... I just can't control the relay. According to the pin out it should be the same on us and euro spec model.
RAD FAN is connected to LS2 according to the manual, when I go into Options->Outputs and check/uncheck LS2 nothing happens.
When I do the same for the Fuel Pump it works.

I tried to hook up a relay to LS12 but still no luck. I've tried both relays and they work.

Is there something I have to do before I'm able to control the relays like I think they are controlled?
This is driving me nuts! Please help.
