Ok well I know the Answer but took me a while to get..
Category Boost Control with AEM EMS .....
Scenario: You are tuning for boost and as a Baseline you want to just test to see your WG pressure... So therefore you set your entire Duty Cycle Map to 0. You are sure that the Map is going in the correct direction so no need for inverting the Boost WG/Invert... But when you open the hood upon turning the key on the on position you hear the boost control solenoid is ticking....
So what could be the problem
a) Boost Target Speed table is not setup.
b) Boost W/G Frequency is wrong
c) Boost Duty Map should be set to 100 across the board
d) Its suppose to tick .. leave it alone

Correct!!!! ... On initial set up i thought the thing was not suppose to tick because that would mean it would be active so i tried everything from reversing the duty map to be 100 to inverting the signal.. this stopped the ticking and I did pulls and everytime i would hit Max boost. Well atleast now everything is figured out...
