couple questions about EMS!!!

hey guys,

i finally got my 37r in the car and tuned!!! but i got a couple questions. IDK since its a IX if its different but my cold start is pretty bad. when i turn the car on at idle the rpm goes up to 1500rpm and goes down to about 300 or 400 rpm than it goes back up to 1500 rpm. i just wonderin how can i fix that problem??? another thing is that when i am cruising at low rpm like 2000 the seems to bog any ideas???

-thanks

Did the tuner adjust the Warm Up Enrichment table? Your idle is swing around hunting for a decent A/F ratio. Start it up, open the table, and up/down your fuel depending your a/f ratio.

Your other problem, is AEM tuned using conventional, o2 fb, automapping, or boost comp? I think I know your problem but need more info.

Hope this helps.

The Idle% probably needs to be brought up a little bit for cold start. And your RPM Offset vs Start table could go longer (seconds, not rpm)
