Over tighten the knock sensor when installing or damage it? Post up the cali.

is this after a new engine build?

are you 100% certain the manifold is only seeing 10psi? try a manual boost gauge.

are you willing to send me your cal & log file to view? if so, lmk

how does your boost trace look in data? normal or crazy spikes/oscillations?

what should be acceptable knock levels? in other words, how much knock voltage is ok to have?

I don't think 4 volts of knock is safe one bit at 10psi but it doesn't knock that bad up top when I start a pull at 5 grand so idk what's going on my car is parked untill I'm able to rip her apart but somthing funny is going on

Every car is different, but it looks like you need to do some plug reading and normal noise trend testing to see what is and what isn't normal. I have seen some engines be pretty loud but it still never hurts to check your basics also.
