AEM computer problems

I've been working a little on tuning my AEM 1320 computer in my EVO IX, but recently lost all feedback on the screen.....

All Parameters are blank; it shows no information for engine speed, AFR's, load etc etc and I cannot solve it

The homepage (which shows tachometer, ign advance, throttle position etc) is also blank - the dials are there but nothing shows on them.

The "Configure" button, will not allow me to adjust "throttle position" or "Ignition"

I can still adjust fuel and ignition, but have no idea where I am because the indicators (bottom left corner of the graphs) are no longer there.....

I would LOVE to take the car to an experienced tuner but as I am in central-Mexico it's VERY difficult!!

Is my computer fried, or is it something simple that I'm missing???

Besides any help me with my problem, can anybody recommend me a reputable AEM tuner in the lower states (Texas for example) as it's gonna be a long drive from where I live, but I wanna take this thing to get nicely tuned..

In case you're wondering, my current mod list is as follows:

AEM EMS with wideband controller
HKS 3037S turbo kit
HKS Intake mani
Walbro pump
ARC intercooler
1000cc injectors (measured at 2.4ohms)
SARD FPR
3" exhaust
Cosworth head and cams
Turbosmart EBC
AEM External and internal widebands
4"AEM air filter and piping
etc

Did you try to completely remove AEMPro from your computer and re-installing? You will not lose your Cal file doing this as it will pull it from the AEM the next time you connect.

Try this and report back...

Yes, I tried that and it did not improve. In fact, I loaded the AEMPRO onto 3 diferent laptop's and it persists with the same problem on each laptop.

Thanks for replying, hopefully you can help me out

Question...

How far are you from Phoenix, Arizona?

Your situation is extremely random. I would suggest maybe sending my tuner or myself the cal file and see if we can open it and see the parameters. This would rule out several things.
