If you want I will sell you a set at COST just so you can give them a try. If you dont like them I will refund you your money. The base pressure is high with a good fuel pump. That is how these are used at those traps. Fuel is Q16

You would wire them straight to a 12v source w/o the resistor box.

AWDBOOSTED, the reason the high impedence injectors that Alpha is referring to are better is because they have a spray pattern like a 440cc to 550cc injector, but flow 1000cc. This by itelf helps tremendously for idle quality, drivability, accel, etc. as it atomizes the fuel that much better. Plus a low impedence injector should have a true Peak/Hold driver running it so the response time is much better for opening and closing.

I appreciate the offer but I'll stick with the injectors I have. I don't want to get into a huge argument. I just have trouble believing this, because you can find a good spray pattern in a Rochester aka GM injectors. Don't get me wrong it's thinking outside the box and that a good thing.

The spray pattern of a Rochester injector isn't terrible, but the atomization is. Good fuel atomization is is what allows you to idle a car lean and run it lean at part throttle with having the misfires commonly associated with big injectors. No bull****, these run like a 440cc injector in all aspects. If you've tuned a lot of cars with Rochester 95lb injectors and then you tuned a car with these you wouldn't believe they were 1000cc injectors until you made 600+ and didn't run out of fuel. Kind of hard to believe, all sounds too good to be true, but I guarantee you once you try a set you'll never use another 1000cc injector.

Not to mention they come with all the proper battery comp values for any fuel pressure you run, something that nobody else offers and something that's very important to a proper tune.

Thanks a lot .. I'll try them on JDM 2JZ car which originally without the injectors resistor and running AEM 1100 EMS.

They're working fine. The last two cars I tuned with these injectors were both on AEM EMS

Trying the new FIC BlueMax 1750cc injectors. Ball and Seat, Peak and Hold design "First of there kind in this size" Low Impediance 2.2 ohms. After doing allot of research and talking with some Pro racers they have been very happy with them. From what im told there BlueMax series injectors have the same spray pattern from 1250cc up to 1850cc. I just got them today and will be getting some tests done on the spray pattern which will be posted on Youtube. One thing is for sure they have to be better then the Bosch "Indy Blue" 1600cc injectors which were never meant for gasoline in the first place let alone a spray pattern and of course using old heavy technology. Im going to be using a AEM Injector Driver Box to control them.

The injectors shown above i was seriously considering. Problem is i would need to run staged injection which is something i dont want to do. But they are supposed to be very good injectors and if were offered in a bigger size it would be a no brainer.

And to Tony1 i wouldnt say that that is the only company advertising times and voltages since i just got my sheet today. Here is the info.

Flow in CC @ 43.5psi
#1 - 1888
#2 - 1888
#3 - 1880
#4 - 1880

Flow in CC @ 55psi
#1 - 2123
#2 - 2123
#3 - 2114
#4 - 2114

Voltage - Opening Time - Closing Time
10V - 1.68 - 0.99
12V - 1.38 - 1.00
14V - 1.17 - 1.01
16V - 0.98 - 1.02

Chris

I'm really interested in these FIC BlueMax injectors. Someone need to sent them out to get test by AEM so they can update the wizards.

Interesting..... I still get the feeling that the fuel mileage with these injectors will be nothing to write home about on a street driven car requiring such injectors..

It is good though to have more options on the market.
