Extremely weird need advice from experts!!

I have a 03 Mitsubishi Evolution 8 that is acting up kind of bad here's the mods:

2.4L stroker
kelford 272 cams
full blown fuel system
dual pumper (running on one due to break in period)

anyways everything is forged and im running on AEM EMS im on wastegate pressure which is about 12 on a 35r dual wastegated full race manifold. so the issue is the following.

One morning i noticed the car would kind of hesitate like around 4k rpm, i didnt think much of it since it was freezing nuts, its not my daily so i dont drive her much, couple days later i took her on the interstate.. about half hour into the trip at about 80mph it started doing it again, i noticed the wideband would jump from rich to lean again and again... i punched it and it went away. we cruised in alb. and i ran with a fast *** tacoma, i spanked it by the way.. anyways when i got back on the interstate same about half hour into the trip it started doing it again so i tried punching it again, it sputtered really bad and according to my friend it smoked quite a bit after that it completely died out, on the side of the highway i noticed it would try to start but die inmediately, fuel pump was priming i had enough pressure according to gauge and no fuses were blown, i kept trying and trying, my friend pulled the Fuel pump fuse out and we primed cuple times like that we put it back in and it started but running like ****, after a couple revs it was fine again the entire way. shes at the shop now due to bodywork but will be out monday i dont want to get stranded again. is it tune? or WTF!? lol

Sounds like you need a tune on your car.

If your car sputters it could be really rich/lean causing that.

On the startup if it floods the motor the spark plugs will not want to work right. Once you got the car to fire it takes a little bit for the cyl to clear out and clean off the spark plug.

I would check your plugs first, check the gap. Then check your tune.
