GEMS ECU HELP!!! Need a GIN file!!!!
I need the GIN file for a GEMS ecu
It is named
LANCER6V225.GIN
GEMS has 224 and 226 up on their site... 2.25 is'nt there...
I have 2.25 in the ECU now... I'll probably up it to the most current later but need to get it rolling on 2.25 soon so I have enough time to shake things down before I dyno.

Call Subaru Lachute in Canada; they have great access to the stuff you need. Note that they are bilingual although they answer in French.

1. There is no GEMS forum
2. I found the file I needed
3. GEMS did all the electronics and software for AEM on the AEM EMS. In fact the GEMS calls that ecu an AEM xxx (x =some number i forgot) so AEM is really a GEMS ecu since AEM just rebadges and resells GEMS components.
Just like pro-efi.
What I have is called pro-efi but is really a GEMS lancer "Implant" ecu in a box marketed towards DSM's..

the current aem software is done in house at aem. its severly changed sence the first versions. gems did design the hardware and software, but aem has modified so much that the 2 are in no way compatible.
gems is actuall the overseas distributor of the aem ems. go figure

Thanks for the update.
I have seen enough to of the latest AEM EMS to know that an upgrade is in the future... Maybe 1-2 seasons on the pro-efi then its on to the AEM.
I can do 98% of what I want to do with the current ECU but the current AEM kicks butt.
