You can make it work. Not that hard.

The AYC and ACD are on their own seperate ecu. I have seen tuners with different ECU's for these that they can tune as well or they have a "reflash" type program to change the parameters in theses ecu's. Going with the AEM I wouldn't think would hinder the functions of the AYC and ACD. I would have to see a wiring diagram for the 7 with these options.

It's just a matter of the wiring harness. Call AEM Tech up if your really serious about it. Keep in mind, you need someone to tune it.

Guys, listen up, It does work, you only have to move 2 pins to a different location and that's it, we already did between George from Boost Solutions and myself.

evosevengsr: AYC/ACD Ecu is a totally different one, it does not have anthing to do with main ECU.

Tomei: Now what? Didnt you have the Autronics?
I'm under the impression that you are getting crazy.

Listen and pay attention, Mr.Koyama from Jun came to Panama and mapped 1 evo7 and 2 evo 6, he used the HKS FCONVPRO, that is the one you need. Let me give you a little advice, dont even think of playing at mapping, if you dont know what you are doing, if I were you, I will contact him and arrange a mapping session at your place. all 3 cars has 1000cc injectors and run at 2.0bar.

Hi I'm new around these here but I'm keen to know which 2 pins will need to be moved. I've seen the ECU connectors for both Evo 7 & 8..they look pretty much the same.
I've already ordered an Evo 8 AEM EMS from a dealer here and he's saying that we'll need some time to experiment and sort out the wiring for my Evo 7. I hope u'll be able to shine some light on this. If posting out here is inconvenient, please PM me.
