Please help! I've got an 05 VIII and my tune is on E85. I've noticed a lag when going from a stop (due to the altitude I'm assuming) and noticed my AFR's run at 16+ unless I get on it then I've got down to as far as 10.5(which is bad I was told.) So, my question is, what should I be setting my AFR's to on high rpm and how do I get rid of this lag that is, what I assume to be, a lack of O2 thing? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

Write a check or bring some Benjamins to your nearest capable tuner.

 

Try pulling the battery cable to reset the ECU first-- its a slight adjustment, but may do the trick and its free.

 

That should only reset fuel trims for when closed loop cruising and maybe at idle depending how your tune is setup. That big of an elevation change will require the tune to be modified.

 

Elevation sucks. Retune!!!

 

You didn't mention any mod list. Do you have Baro compensation on the EMS setup?
