AEM 100% sync no start
AEM 100% sync no start
Hi everyone, last year I bought a modified Evo 9. Ran great all last spring summer and fall, until it sat through winter. Now that I'm trying to start the car up again she cranks but never fires. I get 100% start sync probability on the AEM infinity software when i am viewing it. The fuel pump primes. We have not gotten a spark (used a spark plug light?). car just cranks, I smell a little fuel fumes at the engine bay not exhaust. I can see cam and crank sensors reading in AEM. rpms between 150-250 ( I've used a jump pack and jumper cables from another ca). New odyssey pc680 battery. Fuel did sit in the car through winter. I'm not a mechanic, I am learning through this car. I have mechanic friends who have helped but we are running out of ideas. Thanks in advance for the help!
I have AEM logs but I'm pretty new to that as well.
short mod list to help
2.0LR
R2 Cams
full e85
AMS fuel rail
Injector dynamics 2000cc injectors
i think stock plugs

Thanks for the reply! Turns out there was a fuse (ignition coil) that was blown under the dash, most likely missed from the first check over of the car. Once that was replaced the car fired right up and hasn't had an issue. I am in getting new gas ASAP trust me lol the car has a small battery tray so its what I'm limited to ? I have the spoolinup kit , I heard the are prone to blown 15A fuses?
