Anyone in Malaysia willing to help me out getting a couple of parts shipped to the US?

 

I need some help and was hoping some Asian guys on here could help coz the USA doesn't have th evo 7.5 GT-a model I have....does anyone know if it is easy enough for someone with pretty basic skills to turn off the 112 mile an hr top speed restrictor that is on my evo 7 GT-a?

 

Flash the ECU, add a pivot speed meter or Apexi RSM etc.
