funny, cause when i shipped my talon in 99, they scrapped up my rear bumper pretty good, so that would be the 1st place i would look. i'm sure something is messed up - the diffuser or cf lip??? i scared if something is missing. i just installed new defi gauges on the a pillar. i'd throw a fit if someone said "these look nice" and ripped them out.

I never worked with an actual KATUSA but I do work with alot of KATUSA-like people from the ROK AF. I feel real sorry for them, they show up and work with us a full day then go back to their camp and put in another full day. Poor guys.

 

mump, those ROKA guys you see at OSAN AB are actually lucky ones compared to other guyz in 'FEBA' areas. I consider myself lucky to be elected as a KATUSA. Anyways, it must be nice to drive an Evo in Korea, no need to worry about Cops.
If you get a chance, take a drive to the newly built INCHON Airport Highway, very nice road for +120mph. I am definitely bringing my car when I go back. hehe

 

it sucks in the FEBA, my brother-in-law just finished his duty last summer up along the line.

 

im always nice to our katusas. we dont have many and they are spoiled at my unit anyway. ive been snowboarding with a couple of them and ive even given a few of them a ride in the evo.
the incheon expressway is nice. but there are a lot of cameras. and every once in a while some guy with a camera/radar gun. but it is well worth the drive. and the 7 dollar toll each way. when i drove to soraksan i got to open it up too.
the cops are definately not going to bother you. actually today i had one that kept pulling up next to me giving the thumbs up. it was pretty cool.

 

mump- finally checked out your link to the pics of your car. nice ride. like the rims and lugs. tried to get some of the same ones but was having trouble with shipping. now i guess i cant other wise we'd be the wonder twins. lol.
