i've figured it out when i was there last time
shipping, inspection, registering, and all kinds of tax comes to about 750000NT if my car worths about 20k US here (bone stock)
it's gonna take a lotta work to retore it back to stock
plus since it have been modded, there's a risk of not passing the inspection
if u don't pass the inspection the 1st time, they r gonna be more picky next time they see u

the end result is that it's really not worth, better off sell ur evo here, and buy another one there,

so if ur evo is bone stock and willing to drop 750000NT, then it's doable

wow thats pretty ridiculous..

yeah it looks like its better off selling the evo here and buying one there.

im surprised about the inspection thing being that rough, considering the states is alot more strict im assuming in regulation...and still some people out here in LA pay extra and get a "special" inspection at some shops..

and then it happens to be their lucky day and the car passes smog, inspection, etc

What Im prob gonna do is I will ship my EVO back to Taiwan, pay the tax, but I wont have my car inspected and reg, that costs me a dik and ball, just buy a regular cheap Lancer then swap the license plate, cops CAN'T tow your car away cuz you have paid the tax, the car is your private thing, all they can do is give you $3600NT ticket, but most cops wont do that as long as u r mannered and show 100% respect to them.

750,000NT.....WOW

有用Facebook的南加車友 歡迎加入Facebook group, Team Breeze~和風車隊
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=13527099551
