Question Performance/Audio advice

Hey guys, i'm driving a 95 CC GL coupe, it has a sports exhaust and 17 in rims, what should I do next to increase performance? I have a budget of about 2-3 grand. Also, I have a pioneer mp3 head unit, pioneer splits and 6" speakers up the front, pioneer 6x9's in the back, and a pioneer 12" sub running from a sony xplod 222 amp, any ideas what I should do next?

are you running the carby 1.5 or the fuel injected 1.5 ?

depending on the engine, is depending on the cost of the turbo kit.. if you can get one.. i am running a TD04 Turbo with a SU Carby, and **** me, it is way hard to set it and install.. so depending what engine you got.,.. you may wanna drop turbo if you your not running fuel injected, then go and find yourself a DOHC 1.8 4G93.. turbo or not, and then save another 2-3 g's again and get the turbo for it..

alo, sorry i forgot to put it in, for sound, if you want boomin' bass, a secret is to go and raid a 4 door CC lancer like i did, and go and get that full fold down rear seat.. i have one in my CC Coupe, all the bolt holes are there, all you do it gotta find bolts to fit it in, trust me, its the difference in the SPL that it makes, it is worth it, i know you won't fiund a score like mine, as i got mine for 20 bung, but i hafta get the top restitched, which will cost bout 100 bucks, but i don't mind that

Sandman : i dunno bout the other models, as i was only doing mine, and i saw it at some wreckers, and thought, 20 bucls, youcan only try... i guess strip out your back seat, and have a look if there are spare bolt hole above the fuel tank and just above where it goes into the hole that goes to the boot...
then start hunting around the car yards...
you know the moulded carpets in the boot, the first owner removed them and didnt put them back, its gunna cost bout 5-6 hundred to replace them
