Intercooler piping was done by myself, it was going to cast me AUS$900 to get it done where as I could do it for AUS$400. Plus I am a TIG welder, so it made sense. The intercooler is custom made for my car by a local shop over here.

So far the emanage is working out fine, at this stage I have only installed it with a base tune so it runs, I am yet to have it dyno tuned so it is sitting in my garage teasing me.

All up I bought the car for $21 000 , I spent $2500 on the wheels and suspension, $9000 on the Turbo and about $3000 on the stereo. Standard 4 cylinder rego was about $550 or what ever it sosts these days and insurance is $680 full comp with unlimited mods.

aI have just had it dyno tunned and I am now putting out a reasonable 115kw at the wheels or 155whp. considering when they came out they produced 92kw at the fly it has been a rather big improvment.

I will be getting it tunned again soon as it is running a little bit rich so I will have a copy of the dyno report posted soon.

All my own work, except tunning which was done by APC here in Brisbane.
