I'm with Shannons, and am very happy. My last Rex and my Evo4 were both with them, and were surprisingly cheap considering the mods.

1.8 CE MR im a 19 year old chick last year i payed $988 for rating 5 then i crashed and they told me it would go up to $1251 cept i got my bill for this year and it was $958 rating 6 so they ****ed up with that so i just payed it at the post office lol....
