Isn't the 4G63Ts the engine in the Evo? What happened to 206Kw?

I know for a fact I'm putting down 150Kw at the wheels on a conservative dyno.

ok the 4G63B Turbo has alot of different power outputs
LANCER EVO I = 185kw
LANCER EVO II III = 191KW
LANCER EVO IV = 198kw
LANCER EVO V on = 206kw
