Hmmm, just parted with $3K deposit on a new EVO8,

I am a currently a WRX owner, not for long, but have just signed up for a car, I know little about..... I hear this is the Forum, to get me up to speed ...... or in my terminology "BOOST".

Anyway the dealer tells, me its exactly like the Euro spec, which I assume is the same as the UK spec, TRUE or FALSE ?

I dont mean the FQ300 or FQ330, bye the way, I hear these UK models are just a bunch of bolton upgrades, TRUE or FALSE ?

if TRUE, Do us Ausi's get to upgrade our little Animals from Standard to FQ300 or FQ330 Spec .... ??

They also tell me delivery is in May 2004,

Other than that, they didn't have much to say. I put a bunch of clauses in the contract i.e.
-power no less than 195Kw @ flywheel
-Price not to exceed 65K on Road (if it does, I can either purchase or get my money back).

Can anyone tell me, anything else about the Australian Delivery EVO8 ???
