Heres the difference between the 2 stud sizes, as i am performing a little bit of a trial..

I am going to work out if i can fit these drum and the massive front brakes i have ( from the cordia) onto my lancer, so far signs are yes, but you have to change the bearing in the hubs as well..

I'll keep you posted, I hvent sold the cordia, so i am going to strip it apart.. sell bits here n there ( like the turbo) and stuff.. so if anyones interested, give us a bell
