basically i wana know if i lower my lancer will it toe in toe out or do i have to get the toe in toe out kit??
do i need to lip the inner guard to lower it???

I didn't have to do anything.. just put my springs in, gotta wheel alignment and it all worked fine btw i lowered mine 60mm..

 

yeah but i got 17 inch rimz... and it rubz now when i go fast over bumps

 

The only other thing is to get the guards lipped.. most places will do this for you..

 

wheels much be wrong offset.... i have 17's and mine is lowerd 2.5inch all round and no matter what happens wont rub....

You sure it was the toe in ? or do you want camber ? (where the wheels are on an angle and only the inside of the wheel gets worn)

i hope your not talking about negative camber??? if so you got alot of reading to do.... and yes offset... 17x7 means nothing about the off set. you should do a search non offset and you will c its actialy how far in the wheels are.... and often ppl buy second hand wheels that are the wrong offset and hence get all the rubbing....

 

RWD Offset won't fit on a FWD offset car, it's rubs the rims..

Where they brand new or 2nd hand rims ?

 

I have the exact same problem with my 17s. Has only just started happening after I got some new tyres about a month ago. Does this mean the rims on the back are meant to be on the front?? If so, shouldn't Bob Jane know this??

 

mine are 2nd hand.. but they are for a lancer case they were on a lancer b4
