Crap! Sounds pretty cool...does it lower the intensity of the beam to something that isn't very practical though?

I'm all for things lookin good, but it'd suck not being able to see when driving in the dark.

Hmmmm, if it is legal, but does dim your Headlights a lot, couldnt you just use driving lights to drive by at night?

I like the look of clear headlights with Blue LED scattering to light up the encased section of the light, that looks mad.

Are neon lights under the car illegal?

(Like the whole Fast and the Furious thing).

On what model Lancer are we talking about. I have seen CE Lancers with the headlights blacked out between the headlight and the indicator. Looks very cool, does not hamper the birghtness of the headlight or indicator at all, and very copper friendly.

Yes, They are illegal on all public roads while the car is in motion... This includes carparks. Basically u can only use underbodies on private property such as your driveway etc.

You will get busted for any type of neon. White & yellow lights are for the front of the car i.e. headlights, indicators. While the rear you can have red

Can't say I've every tried. To save yourself the headache might be worth getting a professionaly to do it?? At least if they stuff up, its their problem, not yours.

Hmmmm, I thought that underbody Neon's were legal as long as you couldnt actually see the direct light from the tube. Only the glow off the road.

about black out headlight, it all depend on your cover. the new headlight nowaday come euro clear and the old one are dull. so if you have a very dull cover, your light will get alot dim, unlike us 2002+ lancer we have very clear headlight. got it?
