the cops will pretty much bust u unless it's not factory standard. it's silly think, i mean i can't see how they supposedly distract others on the road. cos i live in surfers paradise, and we have flashing lights everywhere e.g shop signs etc. They could be considered as a distraction but are still legal of course.

Also did u know that clear taillights are actually illegal. This being that they aren't factory standard. I know ure gonna say that there's the lexus altezza. But that's standard! it's stupid laws like like these that are pointless

The reason that clear altezza lights (i.e ones you buy for lancers etc) are illegal is because they have no reflectors in them, whereas the clear lexus ones do.

arent there reflectors in the rear of the clear Lexus ones? Silvery stuff... There would have to be...

On the lexus yes. On the aftermarket altezza style ones, I don't think there are. I could be wrong though

I saw my friend's accord with the similar style. I'll get one if they sell it in Melb.. hope they have for CG model too..

In Queensland any external neons are illegal while driving on public roads and internal neons are legal as long as the neon itself is below shoulder hieght. The fine in QLD is $170 and no demerit points
