Take this as a *very* rough guide. (don't blame me if you put up this price and it doesn't get you any interest on the trading post)

Take the price of the car as if unmodified.

For any modifications, add 1/4 of the original price IF it does not take away from the drivability of the car.

Example: Stereo system will add 1/4 of it's price to the car's selling price

Example 2: A loud exhaust will not add any value to the car, and will narrow down your potential market.

So, in your case, take:

Car: $7000 (I don't know the Kms, so i took an average value from Autotrader)
Mag wheels x 1/4
Stereo x 1/4
Body kit x 1/4

The engine is a bit of a unique case: You might be able to get a few hundred extra if you market it as a new engine (EG: in the ad, put "New engine only 20,000km old) but if you tell people it's not the stock engine, you cut off almost everyone who is not an enthusiast, because they'll be afraid they can't get it serviced by a regular mechanic (we know that's not true, but for your average grandma who uses it once a week to get her groceries... blah blah blah...)

Without knowning any more specifics, i would say you could ask for like 8-9k?

The body kit cost around $2000 all up sprayed and fitted

i have all ready had $13,000 and $10,000 offers for me car.
But since i don't know if i'm selling i won't follow them up
it's a bit of a money issue atm if i want to keep the car or not.

Yeah the stock car i could probley sell for $7500 in my town (if i put the car back to stock, which i can)

Then it's a matter of selling the rest of the parts haha

Wow, if you were getting that kind of offer, I'd take it straight off!

For $13,000, this is what you can get:

Mitsubishi GSR Lancer 1.8 1994 4WD Turbo white, EVO3 Turbo, 3in exhaust, Quicktrack alarm, good condition $13000, TJL-510 NARRABEEN 0414-70 1813.

And for 10K, you can get a car like this:

1994 MITSUBISHI LANCER, man, WRX kit, c/lock, 17" rims, Clarion CD, alarm, 6m rego. $10,000 ono. Ph 0411340518..

STATE: WA FIRST PUBLISHED: 30 Jan 2004

But note the first published date - he's having a hard time selling.

Seriously, if those offers were serious, sell it!
