No idea mate! The guys at Mitsu are being very hard to talk to since the whole $$$$ thing with losing the plot. There are already rumours that the cars wont even come anymore!

Yeah mate, I agree. I am not very happy with them as a whole about dealing with us over the whole thing. No info has been given through the official channels at all. IF I find out some definates.

My problem is that i havent had a car sice late december as it was stolen. The idea was that the dealer were/are going to give me loan car once i had furfilled my "subject to's" based on the idea that the demo car was surposed to be in in March (but there isnt going to be a demo car!) But as it is, not even the information has been released so i cant finalise anything. This makes me angry!!!

Really MMC Australia have released information about the evo viii coming a bit prematurely!!!! Though if it wasnt for that motor magazine i would be in an STI right now, so its a catch 22 for me, because i much prefer a the Evo VIII.

But overall we have been treated very poorly!!!!!! I have not heard from the dealer sice late feb early march. Though they wouldnt really have much to say!! Though it is just customer curtesy especially for an 65k car!!

the dealer have had my deposit now for 5 months in isolation. It could be earning interest!!!!!!!!

Though i am pretty sure they are coming, as Channel 10 is giving one away in conjunction with the formula 1 screenings. But the winner doesnt get anounced until end of f1 season in october!!

All i can say is it better be coming in june!!!!!!!!!!!The guy at the show said it was???? He didnt seem like a bull**** artist. Though he still didnt know to much as he forgot everything he was told by the guysat rallliart in SA.

 

They'd better be coming - or I will also be carless.

Mind you, theres a nice Evo 4 i'm having a good hard look at at the moment. Full HKS mods.

 

*UPDATE*

Ok after reading all the posts on here i went and called Ralliart again this morning. Talked my usual contact and got further info which he believes is now certain.

Delivery date:
1st JULY (with some dealers recieving the cars int the 3rd week of June)

I asked about insurance as well. They said they are still trying to get that all followed up and ready to roll for us. MMA have affiliations with certain insurance brokers and my contact said soon he can help out with that one.

Security System: Car will have the usual encoded immob and alarm as well as the Teletracking system. He was not sure if this will need upkeep payment made on them.

I hope this can help you all sleep a little better or give you something to take to your dealer and expose them with.
