i would be moving to Perth in Feb2003. i would like to know, how much does an lancer evo 3,4,5 would cost in perth ,WESTERN AUSTRALIA? do they have these model there??? im currently living in Malaysia..

If your moving to WA Washington then Your gonna have to import a Evo 3,4, or 5 becuase we dont have them here.

Evos of any sort (other than Evo 6.5's which are still available new from dealers) are very hard to get. I had to buy my Evo2 from New South Wales and truck it over... which wasn't such a big deal anyway. All up mine cost me high 20's in my drive and in my name.... but you can buy it off me when you get here for 30g's... j/ks

I'm with the sandman - buy one and bring it over with you. Perth is a city with one of the highest rates of WRX's per head of population so there is plenty of hunting out there for fast Lancers.

hmm..u got to look real hard to get an lancer evo in perht from what i heard.. the idea of shipping a car to perth is totally out of the question!! im looking to get an evo(any version) and turn it into a monster and maybe give the wrx population a wake up call in aussie...hehehe

i've been brousing the autotrader.net and i could not manage to find any evo's for sale...my budget is around <30k and the only car that make me smile is an nissan skyline gts.. and maybe dumpin a motec system into it!! im trying not to look for an rex...oh please.....

and the bad thing is... a lot of people here make their 15 grand lancers look like evos by spending just a few more thousand. 10,000 u.s will get u a full evo lookalike. you cant tell the difference unless you look for badges.. i say get a wrx...

 

I too trucked my Evo over from Melbourne. Don't bother searching for Evos for sale in Perth, because there are very few here. Your best bet is to look for one advertised over east through sites such as http://www.carpoint.com.au or buy a WRX.

Yeah i wanted to get an evoIII, but importing is frikken expensive.. oh yeah if you need bits, you are coming to the wrong place...WA not only means western australia.. but also wait awhile...
