Im not to sure what to say but it looks like a replica!! Whats with those mags.

Though it could be a dealer advertising or just a guy like us that maybe is purchasing one and thinks coz is such limited car he will be able to make gains on it!!

Evo VIII coning is not a GSR! THOUGH I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE!!

He's used pics from the files of evolutionm.net! I've seen several of those cars in the 'Black Evo pics' thread, which I think is in Evo Show & Shine.

Its a genuine Evo, but its not Australian spec, nor does it appear those pics were taken within 5000kms of Australia. If you look closely, it's not even the same car in all the pics, he's used about 3 cars.

Its just some guy trying to make a quick few grand screwing over someone who really wants the car.

It's got its good & bad points but I wouldn't exactly call it a failure.

Does the EVO8 have a stronger transmission than the previous model? I recall some of the Japanse tuners saying it was the most fragile transmission they had worked with. It is apparently fine while power is standard but add another couple of hundred Hp and it caves in completely, 1-3 runs on a quarter is enough to break them totally. I would imagine Mitsi might have made this model stronger, but then again the engine is still pretty much the same as before, could it be same old??
