The Evo VIII is coming The Evo VIII is coming!!!
62K plus on roads (rego, stamp duty, dealer delivery). About 65K all up. Plus 3K for leather if you want it.
Equivalent to about 42K in the USA last time I did the conversion.
And we are only getting 100 this year, 100 next year.

And the only option is leather but it willl be hard to get!! Leather is 3k Aus.
The Aus spec is very similar to the Euro spec technical wise ACD, AYC and the rest of the goddies!!

Comes with 5 speed they say it better in some cases the one thatis in US and AUS spec. Th WRC car only uses a 5 speed!
5 speed.
6 speed is cool for '****' value, 5 speed is apparently stronger and is what the euros get. I think only the Japs get the 6.
Features-wise my mate's STi probably shades the Evo (semi climate control air con, 6 speed, 6 disc in-dash changer etc) and is 5K cheaper, but it isn't an Evo and isn't a limited edition vehicle, so i'll still take the Evo thanks!

sti's here are $3k dollars more than the evo. well, i dunno if it has climate control. all i know is that it doesnt come with a stereo at that price.
i think they will be releasing a new evo here on september. the evo mr, priced at around $34k with 6 speed. it has either the ayc or the acd, m not sure which one they placed.
