Pictures of Machining the Flywheel from my Lancer..
Hey, thought i'd pop up some photos of the flywheel before and after machining, if anyone hasn't seen it before done..
First.. Flywheel and Clutch plate before..

Second.. Just before Installation.. all nice and shiny..

Remember before you bolt the new one up, to clean it with thinners to remove any grease or oil.. essential..

Nice work. Machined stuff always looks the goods. Does it grip any better?

It's awesome, fitted it last monday, took the Lancer to the Collie Sprint track on saturday, and it held up awesomely.. had no slippage and after 6-7 laps i was pulling into the pits, leaving it idle for a minute ( even though it is NA, it just got pushed quite a bit for a stocko engine) then turning off.. felt good to spin on the first 2 gear changes again
