are there people out there interested in starting up an EVO GSR / RS (any versions) club for melbourne?

there's a wrx club of victoria, i just thought if there's anyone outthere who's thinking of starting up similar club with similar goals...like motorsports in melbourne tracks...

I'd be interested in joining if there's one...

 

I am interested to join, the only problem is I still waiting for my car

 

there should be a club like this in every state. good on you for the insight to finally do something about it.

I'd be interested in join once my EVO 8 arrives, if it arrives! Been waiting more than 2 Months!!! The sales guy told me late Feb to early March. ARgh........last time I ever agree to ASAP delivery date!

 

Hello EVO PPL

On suday the 2nd of October the Evolution community of Melbourne will be meeting at the BOb Jane Stadium car park in Albert Park very close to the Melbourne sports and aquatic centre. The best way to get there is to drive down Clarendon St straight in to the car park.

People from far and wide are welcome to meet and exchange details about vehicles and experiences, meet and make contacts you have never imagined in your wildest dreams. See and examine modificaions on other vehicles similar to your own and compare notes.

We can arrange to do a short drive for a couple ours in to some of Melbourne's scenic routes (twisty roads) if there is a call for it depending on the responce encountered on this thread. If we get the numbers necassary we coud possibly even arrange a Phillip island EVO track day.

I am quietly hoping that this will lead to a Melbourne based EVOLUTION CLUB as has been mentioned in this forum. Every one is welcome to attend or participate in the orginization of this event.
