ER Challenge Cup #5
Yeehaw!!!
We'll almost undoubtedly get more than 4 class/2 pax runs so everybody make it out! I'd like to do the regular Chick fil a meetup, but unfortunately they're closed on Sunday. So we can meetup somewhere else off of Hulen/I-30. Anybody have any ideas?
For details and a course map, check it out:

Hot but awesome.
Great day all around today. I didn't really get into the groove until the fun runs, but I ran a 43 something. I asked Chris a 100 times but still forgot. The car feels amazing!! I can't explain in words how perfect it feels. I may need to change the rear sway to the stiffest setting but it's damn close to being perfect for a street tire car. There is just power forever. No lag, just perfection. So good to be back in my own car. It feels like home, just a lot faster, and a lot stickier. Thanks to Richard for all the hard work and everyone at EvoD.
Thanks again to Kevin for wrenching on the car at a moments notice.
Thanks to Chris for the shirt lol.

Was a good day overall. The new air pressures and shock settings we ran seemed to work well. Unfortunately, we still have a terminal push in the car. I'm hoping that we can get the rear diff checked out before the double header weekend in Blytheville this weekend.
The car feels better than it ever did last year. Yet our times both raw and pax are off from where they should be. Which tells me something in the setup is not working.
The pikes peak car worked great! Kevin really put together a great machine here. For having practically no testing or dial in: It was down right fast. All we had were crappy tires and a turbo WAY too big for auto-crossing. But I was very impressed with the overall balance of the car. The brakes are phenomenal! OMG the brakes!
And the motor Kevin put together was down right bullet proof. For an engine that makes well over 500whp on low boost. It just took the lashings over and over. We did fun runs during the hottest part of the day and I think I did 5 runs back to back. All over the limiter ad hard on the boost in 2nd and 3rd gear with no over heating, misfires or any malfunction of any find.
We are going to do VERY well in Pikes Peak

Hot but a slight breeze made things better.
I think all evos did pretty awesome out there, and I loved the course. Brakes, in my car at least, were used sparingly, and coming out of that sweeper on the rev limiter was a blast. Plus I got paid .
I enjoyed watching Kevin and Jeremy's cars run. That was awesome! And of course Justin's first event back in his car and oh lordy that bish is quick. Uber sick machines coming out of EvoD. Can't wait to get mine tuned to the max for STU.
