This is a model 242x AWD dyno. The front and rear rollers are both 24" and provide an inertia load. On our old dyno we've had great results tuning cars and nothing changing when going on the road. I always road test cars after I dyno tune them and it was so close that usually nothing needed to be changed. We are getting the Eddy current option on the rear fixed roller and will be getting one on the moveable front roller when it becomes available. This will allow us to load the car as we please and do some fine tuning with live torque reading. One thing you have to be carefull with is that you can't hold a car at WOT at one load point and expect it to behave to the same in transient response.

Sweet, now I have a reason not to drive all the way to ohio for tuning on an AWD Dyno when I get my car.

isnt that actually a 424x dynojet? they are the 4wd dynojet with 2 224x rollers..its the same dyno system switzer uses
