I got word from Dan that he ran a 9.90 flat at 142?mph at 2300ft elevation! This was on drag radials!! I think his 60' was a 1.58. I'll let Dan post tomorrow with all the details.

Yeah, it was nice to see an evo run this fast here in vegas. He pulled three 9.9 runs , and on an unprepped track too. Also, his trap was 144mph. Congrats, and welcome to vegas. Now the rest of us look really slow and are going to go broke trying to go faster.lol

 

it was a great time at the track here in Vegas, Dan's car is running great, and consistant at that too!! 9.90 then 9.91 and then 9.91 again.

Don't forget to mention this car is daily driven! I know because Dan left his "daily driver" Evo IX behind here in Illinois! Dan is going to be solely responsible for getting AWD cars banned from the NDRA Power Street class! Congrats dude!

We have a vid of all 3 runs in the 9's. from in car as well as out side shots.
will be up soon. we get our cable internet hooked up at the house on Friday afternoon.

there was alot of talk about a few cars and dans wasnt named, but then in qualifying he slapped down the 9.90 run and that was it, #1 qualifier!!
all the muscle guys were like "holy ****!!!" after he ran his 9 sec run.
