Full spool is around 5k and with the 35R it was about 4k and as far as pumpgas goes they both performe really well but the 42R is around 550hp on 93 which is about 100 more hp than the 35R on pump and spool is not any different that I can tell. On racegas its worlds apart lol. The car is fine on the street and really the only thing that I have had to get used to is the throttle body because its really touchy. The car has wonderful off boost power and has no problem with typical street acceleration. Again I can't speak highly enough about this kit and I have zero regrets about going from the 35R to the 42R. I personally don't even mind about not having a/c because I'm a bike guy and would be out in the hottest part of summer in a full face helmet, 10 to 15 pound leather jacket with body armor, gloves, jeans, and boots so to me the windows down will be just fine LOL.

Ya, I think if I had a 900+whp EVO for the streeet, I could probably live without A/C, probably! lol.

Seriously, congratulations on your monster of a ride and I can't wait to see some updated pics and vids! Take is easy, or not.

I almost never used my AC in either of my Evo's or any of my cars for that matter, something like this in the summer is nice to have the windows down, AC kills too much power and gas mileage anyway.

Chris/Eric Im glad you are pleased with the car. We get a big kick out of seeing a customer light up like that when he picks up his car.... and when that car is the current HP record holder for an EVO VIII....its a an extra big kick.

Take care and please be safe. If that thing were to go to a track it would need:

Parachute
Full Driver Suit
12 point Cage
Scattershield
Battery cutoff
Gloves
Driver Shoes
Window Net
etc
etc

Keep that in mind when nailing it on the street.

Eric
