Right, because AMS can't figure out fueling issues on their own...

Thanks for your input but I think we have fuel systems covered... We already have AMS VSR intakes with two sets of injectors and dual rails running on several cars ie our drag evo, dans evo, and even Shep's car.... We have fuel systems capable of 2000 HP on several cars using the stock fuel tank and pump filling a surge tank which feeds a weldon pump... Please dont doubt out knowledge or ability when it comes to making HP as our combined experience is extensive....

Yes, this is our standard 1200 HP fuel system... Its beyond maxed out at this point... If it wasnt for the meth, those HP numbers would not have been as high... The car is concervativly making 1300 crank HP....

Once again, questioning AMS and doubting their inteligence and research. Get over the Kansai manifold.

it was merely a suggestion. i have no doubt that AMS (i never doubted them whatsoever)will figure out whatever they need to do to be the 1st U.S. evo into the 8's.

FYI smp3000, Kansai manifolds (as does the JUN) do work well especially w/the Nissan Q45 90mm throttle body & since the TB sits at a 45 deg angle, the intake flow is more fluid vs a 90 deg pipe bend...

Understood- HKS and Jun parts are great, but it's like I keep seeing you in AMS based threads trying to tell them what parts to use and what strategy to take (manifold, clutch, ems). I understand they're just suggestions, but when you're suggesting things like this to a groupd of guys who are arguably some of the best evo builders and tuners in the world- it almost comes off as an insult. Hell, it irks me and I've never even met them lol.

I also understand that you may have friends that use other parts that you may beleive to be better, but until they build an evo viii that can beat AMS in ET, Trap, or HP- I'd just let it go.

i just look at the guys down in New Zealand running 7's & figured that the parts they are using could help those of us in the U.S.-maybe not.

AMS is a phenomenal company so we will probably read about them running 8's next week...

aha true- but the real question is which AMS built car will be the first to do it. I know of about 5 that are capable.
