New AMS Sponsorship program

Well its no surprise that AMS loves drag racing. Its kind of a big deal here....go figure. Well nothing makes us happier then when a customer of ours posts up a great time using our product. It proves that our product works and more importantly that they are getting into the hands of people that can truley appreciate them.

Its time to give back a little bit. we have put our heads together and have come up with a pretty sweet little program. Here are the details

AMS 1320 Attack Program

The AMS incentive program is a reward program to encourage all of our customers to get the most out of their Evo’s and to encourage racing at the track. The program will reward cars holding the prospective record in their class with a 15% discount on all AMS parts so long as they maintain that record.

AMS 1320 Attack Incentive program

The Rules:

1. All participants will be required to back their results with Video and time slip evidence of their times.
2. All participants will have to run the designated products posted in their class in order to compete in that class
3. Once a competitor claims a place in a specified class he will retain those benefits until his record falls or AMS deems the program to be over
4. All benefits relating to the program are only redeemable towards the program participant’s car. All Products purchased must be installed on the record holding vehicle
5. All new records must be reported in a new post on EvolutionM.net with your results and proof.
6. All cars competing must run an AMS 1320 attack sticker somewhere on the vehicle (sticker size and placement TBD)
7. Only private party owners may participate in the program. No shops or sponsored cars will be allowed
8. AMS Reserves the right to amend the rules and or classes at any time. All final decisions or disputes will be resolved by AMS

The Classes

1. Stock Turbo with AMS Stages. Cars in this class must have a stock Turbo (we will allow a VIII or IX turbo) and Components from the AMS Stages. Pieces must include an AMS TBE Exhaust, AMS FMIC and an AMS Flash or AEM EMS.

2. 30R/50 Trim. Cars in this class must be equipped with an AMS GT30R Turbo kit or AMS 50 Trim Ball bearing turbo kit

3. 35R/37R. Cars in this class must be equipped with an AMS GT35R or 37R Turbo Kit

The Payout

1. All cars that are the current 1st place record holders in their class will receive a 15% Discount on all AMS product and special program discounts on all AMS sold product
2. All 2nd place record holders will receive a 7% discount on AMS products and special program discounts on AMS sold products.
3. All Cars that at any point in time claim the record in their class will receive an AMS gear care package.
4. All cars that hold the 1st 2nd or 3rd place position in their class will be featured on the AMS performance website.

Thats the gist of it, if you have any questions regarding it...ask away.

We hope to have the 1320 attack portion of the site available here shortly.

Eric

Only problem I can see is when the guy with a 50 trim and a 2.3 spanks my time with a 50 trim and stock bottom. Or do you plan to seperate the classes even further?

Is the record covering anywhere? I would've faired a lot better back in NC at sea level than I will up here in Wyoming/Colorado at 5000+ elevation.

That is where driver skill comes into play. The record is worldwide standing.

Great idea. It'll be fun to watch. No retro times, right? It has to be new runs starting today?

This is my cup of tea right here. Too bad I don't qualify. Hook up a 1320 time attack sticker anyway Eric. Or you could just pass on a sick deal on a FMIC and your TBE... See ya monday
