800whp Piston and Rod

Im aiming for 800whp! Which Pistons and Rods to get ? They say Eagle Rods breaks after 700whp?...I was Leaning to Wiseco and Manley. But how about Arias Pistons + Oliver Rods?
Any advise here guys???? Thanks!

hmm if you 800 whp you need to get bearing too not just rods and piston, but for rods and pistons and you cant just drop them in

Try Wiesco and Crower but arias and oliver are great too.

Im running the Arias pistons but havent put them to the test. I would say any forge piston will be fine. Wiseco,JE,Arias,cp etc...

But seriously take it from me a daily driven reliable 800whp is nuts. Any time i got on my car i was well over 100mph instantly ge caught one time going that fast and your car is gone plus the abuse on the bearings. Race gas was expensive so i went E85 plus meth than blew up my magnus manifold on the freeway from spraying to much meth. It would build up in the manifold than boom. Call Eric at AMS and he will help you out on the right path. You can drop in pistons and rods with a brand new motor.

Cylinder head port with upgraded valves/valvesprings, I would go with the bee hive springs and inconel exhaust valves.

Bottom end: I would go with Groden Aluminum rods,or Crower Rods, and a good piston like Wiseco, and leave the crank stock. Definitely o-ring the block or the head.

Intake manifold: AMS appears to make the best manifold at this time.

Injectors: If you can afford the dual rail setup, that will help with driveabiliy (8 X1000) or go with 4 X 1600

Ignition: definitely get the Buschur COP, nothing else works at this power level, trust me, spent a lot to find that one out.

FMIC: Make sure you have a good size intercooler like the AMS race or Buschur Race or ETS new race intercooler.

EMS, well have good luck with AEM and most people can tune with this.

Manifold: Well I would go with Shearer's manifold

Clutch: Make sure you get a clutch that will hold that power, I have had good luck with the Exedy Triple Carbon, or go all out and get the Tilton Twin Carbon with 840 ft lbs holding power OR Devo Tunings QuarterMASTER << WORKS AMAZING

Trans: Shep racing of coarse

Turbo: 42R or 4094R

The 4094 is MONSTER !!!

Any Questions PM ME
P.S. be sure to have atleast 15,000-20,000 For Motor and Drivline and you forgot about Suspesion

Suspension: Go With JIC MAGIC COILOVERS and have them aligned

Wieght: DRAG CAR?? DD??

Fuel: Pump all the time and c16

THERE ARE SOO MANY ASPECTS YOU CAN GO TO JUST WHEN YOU NEED HELP JUST ASK

for a high horsepower set up, we would recomend Oliver rods and Ross pistons.
Both have been proven time and time again.

I have Ross and Crower in my 6 bolt Tsi. I have given them soo much abuse its not even funny. Id recommend them to anyone that doesnt want an aluminium rod. If I were to build my evo I would probably do the same or listen to AMS.
