I always wanted to see proof in a street application that this offers any benefit in underhood temperatures. I don't think it does, but if you want the "look" I guess it's worth it.

swain has chipped badly both times we have used it.

As far as the application of the product. we sent the headers to swain so I know it was coated correctly.

Calico Coatings FTW, They coat alot of stuff for me including turbine housings and pistons. Never have any of them flaked off.

hmmm i wonder if i can heatwrap in addition to coat to keep the moisture off.... im thinking thats what kills it.

I am on the same boat!

It was only for about 5 months before start to peel. No one will stand up for it.

Be aware, Swain Tech will not stand behind their product nor it is the seller of the manifold. Quite honestly, spend the $200+ in something else. Not worth the money!
