I recenly got my AMS manifold coated black and I kinda dislike the color on it. How much is to get it ceramic coated? I have a AMS 35r Kit on my car and I would like to see how much AMS would charge to get this mani coated silver like in the pic below.

 

I believe they stopped doing the ceramic coating because it wouldnt stick to the material after some mileage. But I coult be wrong

Regardless if its chips its okay because my black coated manifold is chipping too. So whats da word on da price AMS??????

Perf Coatings will actually coat the inside and outside unlike Swain I believe. I've sent 3-4 headers there and about the same number of downpipes and none are cracking or flaking after 20k+ miles of use.

 

I have a manifold done by Perf Coating aswell and have seen no flaking so far, but I am still in the early stages. They did the inside and out for me aswell. I will let you guys know if I have any flaking issues.
