AMS please change my mind.
I was looking to have my new build done by you guys....BUT.....I have been reading A LOT of problems with sharkbites car.......granted I know you guys are known from others etc...but he spent a lot of money with you.
so please change my mind to come to you and not buscher ( I hate buscher ) but if he can build me a car, so I dont have problems, I will have to overcome my hatred!
not having injector clips....and siliconing it in doesnt seem very smart. I work hard for my money, I dont need to be going out blowing up a 5k motor for a shop mistake!

Rather than starting such a ridiculous thread.....you should have just picked up the phone, like grown folk do, and given AMS a call
I wasn't trying to start a war, whereas I'm at work....and looking at the funds thinking I can finally do my build

Man this is a really distasteful thread how it was handled by the topic poster.
I have delt with AMS for a while now and my car has a long list of parts from them, and I've always been very happy with everything, communcation, correction of mistakes, and even working with me on things that were not of fault of AMS.
I will say I've had some issues that I am not going to get into here, but they have up till now and so far handled everything in an extremely satisfactory way. I have not thought twice about not continuing business with them. Eric has been great to deal with, as has Santiago and Andrew. All have been honest and make the situation easy to deal with.
Yea it's frustrating when something goes wrong, but you need to realize they are only human, and quite frankly sh*t happens sometimes. It's how the situation is handled IF something does happen to show how great a shop these guys really are.
Next time pick up the phone call them. Don't throw them under the bus or create a vendor war. Do some research and ask honest questions, I can tell you they will give you honest answers, I've talked to these guys on the phone for "chunks" of time and hung up satisfied everytime.

when you start modding. things WILL brake. and you gotta pay to play. facts of life. AMS and BR are both top notch shops.. i personally wish they were closer to NJ.. but then again I have IVEYtune on speed-dial hahahaha.. and this thread was just wrong from the beginning. the OP shouldve sent a PM.
