I wanted to come out and say it would be really awesome if you (AMS) would bring out the AMS drag car out to the buschur EVO DSM shootout in august.

I know they are the competition but this is a racing event and it would be awesome to see the countries fastest evo's racing against each other. Its also not really that far from you guys.

I myself will be driving out there from colorado lol.

So with all that I hope to see you guys there but if not I suppose I can understand.

 

AMS has attended the Buschur DSM/Shootout in the past, but I'm pretty sure they will never attend the event again. This year they are scheduled to go to The Showdown @ E Town which is the same weekend as the Buschur DSM/Shootout:

I wouldn't say we will never attend the Shootout again. We were just already committed to the Englishtown event.

 

A disappointment but oh well.

ya okay there will be 15+ evo's in the 9's or lower at the shootout...

 

The countries fastest 4g63's will be at englishtown this year. If you want to see a bunch of street cars without safety equipment cheat death at 150+mph then the shootout is a great event also.

 

Yeah! E-town will be awesome this year! I am making plans to go there! There are many people and shops going from Florida and Puerto Rico. I also heard that the AWD drag monster from Magnus could be there too. With AMS, Turbotrix and those guys at E-Town definitely it will be the event to attend that weekend!

All other events have been conveniently changing rules so only a handfull of people are always at the top. Many of the Top Dogs last year werent even allowed to participate on the dyno competition because of the "rules". But most of those guys will be at E-Town this year! Cya all there!

 

We committed to E-town this year mainly because its an area of the country that we rarely go to. We wanted to showcase the drag car someplace different this year. We still might bring a car or two to the shootout but it all depends if they are ready in time.

The drag car however will be at E-town

 

Damn i really wish i was closer to you guys out there to make it to 1 of these events to see the real pioneers in the sport do what they do best.

I need to see about starting a DSM/Evo event out here in CA for us west coast guys!

 

Do you guys ever do testing with the drag car around the area? i'd like to check it out some time if you do, i can understand if you keep that on the DL though, haha.
