When: SUNDAY Aug 16/2009 @ the 6th Annual EVO/Subaru day
Where: Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, Englishtown New Jersey
Qualifying/Eliminations on Sunday ONLY
Early registration ends as of July 15th 2009
Paypal address for early registration is dsmq16@gmail.com
Entry Fee if registered early is $500 with a $200 deposit by July 15th. If registering at the gate the entry fee is $700. Tech card is on top of that. Please include the 3% paypal fee with your deposit.
Q16 cars will get 2 qualifiers. We will use a pro-tree, with courtesy staging.
Rules
-Open to RWD, FWD, AWD Mitsubishi's and Subaru's
-Max turbo size is 80mm Turbo
-Minimum weight is 2300lbs for AWD, 2100lbs for FWD
-NO tube frame cars
-300lb weight penalty for NOS
-Must have ALL safety equipment
-Must have Catch pan
-Must have 9 second license
-Must have legal cage
-Methanol OK

First place win will recieve 1000 dollars extra from Magnus Motorsports. (in the event Magnus wins, it will be passed down to 2nd place)
All Payouts are based on AT LEAST 16 cars The payouts are subject to change as we draw closer to the race date, and more sponsors come on board. Watch this space as the payouts will be changing on a regular basis

Is there going to be TnT style running at this event as well? If so is tech going to boot people for running 10's without a cage? That would be a long drive for me just to get booted on the first run.

E-town is an NHRA track and therefore there will be tech inspection. In order to run 10's you will need a rollcage. There will be a Street 16 class, Evo vs WRX class, Evo X class, and bracket racing. The list of sponsors, prizes, and prize money is growing everyday. We will keep updating the list of Q16 racers, sponsors, etc so keep checking the thread.
