instructions for bushings???

hi, i bought your underhood bushings for 5sp, and unlike the 6sp, it doesnt come with the cotter pins? am i supposed to use the corroded old ones those were on there? and no instructions? i cant seem to find it on the forum here, even though there is a nice write up about your competitive brand. also a installation instruction for the light front cross member would be helpful for me. where can i find these infos?

For installing the shifter bushings I usually just re-use the cotter pins. If they are really corroded you can get replacements at ACE or Menards as mentioned below. The hardest part is pushing out the old bushings from the shifter cable, the best way is to use a set of needle nose pliars and push them out as shown in the below picture.

For the front crossmember you just need to remove the factory one and replace it with the ams one. Remove the tie-bar if you have it one. Remove the three large bolts holding it underneath and remove the 14mm nut/bolt holding it to the transmission mount. Then install the ams crossmember, just remember to use the supplied spacers between the front bolts and the crossmember.

(Bushings pictured are from an EVO X)

Use 2 on each cable, one on the top and one on the bottom. There are no spares.

thanks got the shifter bushings done. also lightweight cross member was installed, and question:
that triangular part(where it seems like the motor mount is built-in) need no bushings? that just gets rid of the OEM motor mount?

You got it. It replaces the crossmember and motor mount. No bushing.
