2.3 Stroker for under $2000
We've been building race engines for the 4G63 motor for a long time now and we're proud to release the 2.3stroker motor for the Lancer EVO8. We are selling it as a stroker kit, and as a complete assembled motor. Get ready for about 10% more torque and 400-500rpm quicker spool times. We've been running the same 2.3 stroker (in a DSM) to 9000 rpm (and over) the past two racing seasons making over 900hp.
Kit included.
Custom Ross Racing stroker pistons (with rings & pins). Pistons come pin fitted to rods.
Eagle rods (crower optional + $285)
Brand new 100mm stroke crank
New rod and main bearings.
ARP main stud kit
$1985 2.3 Stroker Kit
Same kit but as a built shortblock
Fully built and assembled including new Mitsu OEM engine gasket set.
$3150.00 2.3 Stroker Engine (assembled)
-Martin

I really need to find a sponsor.. LOL this hobby is getting expensive.. I gotta assume they are running this stroker kit in an evo simply because someone has to test it.. LOL
Feel free to send me a kit if you need more guinea pigs though..

NICE!!!!
What warrent do you guys offer with the stroker? Also, how much for a complete swap out from start to finish? Last question, using a stock turbo what kind of power might be seen?
Thx's
Humm, this could be a nice Christmas present.

I figure you guys will know the answer... How does the 2.3 stroker compare to the 2.4 block? Forgetting the displacement difference, does the 2.3 have any advantages?

We are doing them on an exchange basis but if someone want to buy a block outright then it would be about $1400 more.

It would be about $4000 total installed.

The results will be the same as on a DSM 4G63, about 10% more torque, 400-500 rpm quicker spool (depending on the turbo), and HP gains are variable depending on camssselection and other things.
