I whole heartedly agree.. but here in western PA .. we have deer. They home in on the front of your car. You have dolphins. They are fun to look at.

The crash beam will save a lot in the event of tagging one of these brown haired headlight seeking missiles.

LMAO i have a race FMIC... im positive of it... nothing is tweaked, ive owned the car since it has had 12 miles on it... and thats the drive from the shipping yard to the dealership... i cant access photobucket from work, but i will be more than glad to post pics to show you that i have an unmodified front crash beam on my BR RACE FMIC... i know of one other person that did slightly the same thing, cuz his crash beam was ~1cm too close to the FMIC.. so he just modded the hangers a little...


IN REFERENCE to post 16... that was at the time where i was running no crash beam at all.. until i tried modifing it, i was under the same impression.. i was just too lazy to get out the plasma cutter...

My main question tho - for those who have spaced it off - Does it mess up where the bumper connects to the fenders? I like the lines of the evo. They show up well and are sharp. I would hate to ruin them.

 

im not having any issues with it.. on another note... looks like mike we will have to go up to the 4.5" in the coming months.. i kno its the baddest I/C on the market!!!
